Professional Bodybuilder Stacey Cummings, a mother of two has died suddenly aged just 31, the news comes just a week after another bodybuilder, Cedric McMillan died of a heart attack.
No cause of death has been announced but the death was sudden and unexpected.
Sadly, Cummins posted a picture of herself on her Instagram channel hours before her death. She wrote “Just over here trying to remind myself of what I’m capable of”
The bodybuilding industry has been rocked by death and illness this year with Cedric McMillian at the age of 44 passing away from a heart attack whilst on a treadmill last week.
Whilst in February retired bodybuilder Tom Prince died at 52 from cancer, just days after 37-year-old Ashley Gearhart died suddenly from undisclosed causes.
In November 2019, Shawn Rhoden, 43, died from a fatal heart attack whilst Chuck Kirkendall, 46, announced that he had survived a heart attack recently whilst in August John Meadows, 49, was struck down by a blood clot.
