Daniel Andrews Case dismissed.

Daniel Andrews has had his Treason case dismissed.

It seems that the magistrate has dismissed the charges in an open court that was done via a webex link without the lawyer being involved.

Mr Anthony Herman said “This is not over and the courts have never done anything like this before.”

  1. There is only one way to compete with this one big happy family and that is to start your own: not outside of their party but inside. This issue will take a legal and political solution on an electorate basis. The main issue now has shifted to officers of the Crown being blackmailed by a Minister of the Crown. The Minister says that he has the right to blackmail law enforcement officers for the greater good and protection of the public. Clearly the Governor is now in the chair as Chief Executive Officer of the State. Blackmail is a criminal event and the Governor by all rights should dismiss any of his or her ministers that have used blackmail against their departments and their staff. That is the way it is. It is now up to a delegation of sacked police officers to approach the Governor with complaints of the crime of blackmail perpetrated by certain ministers. No minister/s can orchestrate blackmail against law enforcement officers. There is no debate on this. Usurping the Criminal Code in favour of a public health policy is similar to releasing murderers and rapists and arresting people that do not wear masks. The officers that have lost their jobs are being replaced by convicts who now wear their uniform. Officers of the law have had to hand over their weapons that are later given to convicts. A former convict can now shoot dead an ex officer of the law for not wearing a mask, and get away with it. Dumb fuck cops have given over their authority to cop killers. So who runs the correctional services? Which union? And what are you going to do about it? So grow a pair, get a few mates and go and see the Governor. He or she is your boss in a constitutional monarchy. Don’t ever forget that. Get a copy of the Australian Constitution and read it backwards.

  2. The judge has been bought and paid off, where talking about The State of Victoria here, that state has been at the center of most corruptions for years. Just like NSW. That is where most of the Grubby politicians live.
