Five people have died after a helicopter crashed near Mount Disappointment in Victoria today.
The helicopter departed Moorabbin Airport with just the pilot on board at 7am this morning before picking up four passengers in Melbourne. The helicopter came down near Mount Disappointment at around 9:30am.
Authorities are not sure what has happened to cause the accident at the stage and the identities of the passengers have not been released.
The helicopter was owned by Microflite, a private charter company.
