Horrific footage has emerged from CCTV cameras in a Perth car park, showing a former AFL player and his male friend brutally assaulting two women. The disturbing footage was captured in the Perth suburb of Northbridge, showing Brennan Stack and Shia Martin bashing two 24-year-old women on March 20th of this year.
Friends Tiara Cox and Kia Krakouer received serious injuries during the assault, and a third woman, who is only 20, was also assaulted during the gruesome incident.
The vicious assault was started over a car door slamming into another car, which triggered a verbal argument between Stack’s partner and one of the women. Stack and Martin then proceeded to viciously assault the woman.
In footage released to the West Australian, Stack appears to repeatedly punch one of the women until she is unconscious. Martin then proceeds to drag one of the women across the car park by her hair.
Both attackers can be seen kicking the woman’s head while another is seen attempting to flee the scene by crawling away before one of the men spots her.
The incident lasted until the Police arrive on the scene and Stack and Martin were arrested shortly after by Police and were charged with intentionally causing bodily harm.
The women were transported to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment and were released shortly after.
WA Police have confirmed that both men have been charged with intentionally causing bodily harm.
Martin was also charged with intent to harm and doing an act of bodily harm on a third woman.
A Police spokesperson stated that “at the time of our media release the 25-year-old man and the 33-year-old man were both charged in relation to the incident as a whole.”
“Since that time, the charges have been amended to better represent the involvement of each accused person with each of the victims.”
