IBAC – Week 1

WE NEED FUNDS TO FIGHT MAINSTREAM MEDIA MISINFORMATION

It has been an eventful 3 days of scrutiny and unearthing of cover-up. Politicians turning on each other, leaving nobody untouched.

With the evidence showing multiple examples of branch stacking, money wasting and utter contempt for the constituents who place our politicians in their territory, it was only a matter of time before it was uncovered.

With plenty of heavy weight political names being brandished about, the resignations from the front bench have started. When you have gotten on the wrong side of the faction, you can see yourself out or be pushed out.

Being female has its perks, though. No merit to get ahead. This is gender equality in its finest. The Labor caucus is rotten from the top to the bottom.

There seems to be no love lost between some of these high-ranking politicians. It is every man for himself if you don’t toe the party line and cheat your way into a government seat. Spending thousands on stamps? Lying and paying for people to be a member of your seat? Just a normal, everyday occurrence. Do not question the higher-ups.

Now a Federal Labor MP has resigned to the back bench as well. How many more will we see remove themselves before it all ends? How many will actually be held accountable, and will there be more worms to come out and speak against the machine that is Labor?

Will the whistleblower also be condemned for his part in all of this?

Maybe transparency really is the key here?

If only honourable behind a member’s name had any meaning to it, our politicians would act accordingly.

Only time will tell how it all plays out and these people are finally held accountable, and their secrets come to life.
