The family of a 12-year-old West Ipswich girl are concerned over her disappearance on Friday, telling police that this is ‘out of character.’
The girl was last seen leaving a Kennedy Street address around 8:00am on 22 April 2022, carrying a grey backpack.
She is described as pacific islander in appearance, around 180cm tall, with a proportionate build, black hair, and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black jumper, brown shorts, and white shoes.
Police have said that information suggests she may be travelling on the rail network to the city, Ipswich, and Logan areas.
Police are asking the public for assistance to help locate a 12-year-old girl, and are urging the girl, or anyone who knows her whereabouts, to contact them.
