Plant based diets are big business so much so that the billionaire investors are heavily investing.
Is it for your benefit, to save the planet, or to make the rich even richer?
Or are there other reasons behind the promotion of a plant- based diet?
There is much controversy surrounding Synthetic meat products, which are being highly promoted by Bill Gates, strangely Gates now owns land holdings to the current value of more than $690 million. He is now Americas biggest farmer.
There must be a very good reason for him to purchase so much farmland but looking at his promotion and investment into the production of faux products I can only wonder what that might be.
In an interview with MIT Technology Review, Gates said he did not think the poorest 80 countries in the world would be eating synthetic beef in future, maybe that’s because they couldn’t afford the extortionate prices, but he did think all rich countries should move to 100 percent synthetic beef.
I personally don’t give a fig what Bill Gates thinks or wants, if he chooses to eat factory produced engineered food then good for him.
We can all see the World’s oceans being depleted, land damage at such a rate that it is NOT sustainable for our future and for the future of our children but is Gates engineered food the answer? (Beyond Meat, Impossible Foods)
I personally don’t believe they’re natural or healthy. I am concerned about his acquisition of farmlands. These products are expensive and finally who does he think he is telling the World what to do?
However, humanity certainly does need to reduce or cease eating meat and fish, for our health, for our pockets, for the future of the planet and to ensure we have something to hand over to the next and future generations.
Education and Common-Sense management is the answer.
Are you really relying on these industries to look after your health? The Planet? The Future?
