In today’s press conference, Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk announced that as of 1am Thursday April 14, Queensland’s Covid-19 restrictions will be further eased across the state, allowing unvaccinated people back into society, saying “it’s time to reunite Queensland.”
This means that unvaccinated individuals will be allowed back into venues, such as
• Pubs, clubs, cafes and restaurants
• Theme parks, cinemas and casinos
• Showgrounds, weddings
• Galleries, libraries, libraries and stadiums
The Premier stated that as of yesterday, Monday April 4, Queensland has hit over 90% double vaccination rate for people aged 12 and over. But still implored those who remain unvaccinated to still consider getting vaccinated, including parents to still consider getting their children vaccinated, and for those who are double jabbed to get boosted.
Vaccination requirements will still remain in vulnerable settings.

• Prisons
• Schools and early childhood centres
