Chaotic scenes have broken out at the Sydney Royal Easter show after a wild brawl broke out resulting in two boys being stabbed.
A 17-year-old boy suffered fatal stab wounds despite police and later paramedics performing CPR on him.
Another 16-year-old boy is in Westmead hospital in a stable condition after receiving stab wounds to his leg.
A man has been arrested and taken to Auburn Police Station. Footage on Twitter shows the man in handcuffs.
Inquiries are underway by detectives from Auburn Police Area Command, assisted by State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad.
