Pro Healthcare Kidman Park in South Australia have sent out a text message to notify patients that face to face appointments will no longer be available for unvaccinated people. This comes after further reports of other South Australian GP clinics putting the same new rules into place.
Patients have been asked to not attend with any respiratory symptoms, to provide proof of vaccination on arrival and that mask exemptions do not apply when visiting the clinic.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a vaccinated caregiver.
”Pro Heathcare Kidman Park have implemented these changes to mitigate the risk of Covid-19 within our clinic and in order to keep everyone safe” was a statement provided on their website.
Anyone with respiratory symptoms, unvaccinated adults and children with unvaccinated caregivers will be offered a Telehealth appointment instead.
