Well, if you were to believe mainstream media, then nearly every everyday activity is now dangerous.
Just today, The Mirror in the UK reported that a 22-year-old student Mubarak Hussein Sayed Abdel-Jalil, died from joy; yes, you read that right ‘JOY’. Don’t get excited, folks. You may die.

The student had just opened an envelope and had found out he had passed his university exams; he then felt a sudden pain in his chest and was rushed to the hospital; tests revealed he had suffered a heart attack. Sadly he later died that day in the hospital.
Now the reality is that something had caused the heart attack, and it was not excitement. Now, in this case, his death is under investigation, and we, as a media outlet, can not confirm what caused the heart attack. But that does not stop mainstream media from coming out with the most stupid reasons for the ever-increasing number of sudden deaths.
These sudden deaths are not a coincidence; they are not random, there is a reason, and this needs investigation. Hundreds of thousands have suspicions of what is causing these sudden deaths, and they put the blame squarely on the new Covid mRNA vaccines. The claim does not come without merit, with thousands of proven cases of myocarditis and pericarditis resulting from the vaccine. Other cardiovascular adverse events have been reported.
Now, if you think Joy was a strange attempt from mainstream media to normalise sudden death, to create fear over everyday life and to take the blame away from the real culprit, then get ready to see some of the outlandish claims mainstream media has brought out in the past few months.
The UK Express reported that having a cold shower could trigger a heart attack.

There a many, many more crazy statements on what could cause you to die suddenly from cardiac arrest; whilst some things listed below can contribute to poor health, the reality is in most cases, it takes a large combination of poor lifestyle choices to increase your risk of sudden death from a cardiac event. What we see now is not normal, and the media’s attempt to normalise it and create fear by listing everyday lifestyle choices and stresses as the reason is absurd.
