Soros linked to Ukrainian biolabs

For those not familiar with the name George Soros is a Hungarian born American billionaire investor and philanthropist. As of March 2021, he had a net worth of US$8.6billion having donated more than US$32 billion to the Open Society Foundations, of which US$15 billion has already been disturbed. Forbes titled him as the “most generous giver”. As generous as he may have been considered, there are fresh allegations potentially linking Soros to the Ukrainian bio-labs according to Russian military.

On Thursday Russian military have made claims to have evidence that the sprawling network of Ukrainian biological laboratories had received funding from US government agencies and companies closely affiliated with top American elites. The Commander of the Russian Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Protection Forces Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, made the following statement – “The available materials make it possible to trace the scheme of interaction between US government agencies and Ukrainian biological objects,” presenting an elaborate scheme which appeared to show the stream of funding.

It is not 100 percent definitive which organisations Kirillov was referring to because Rosemont Seneca is a decentralized investment fund, comprised of several entities with similar names. However, the Rosemont Seneca fund is closely affiliated with its Pentagon contractors, specifically Metabiota as well as Back and Veach, who’re considered to be “the main supplier of equipment for Pentagon biolaboratories around the world.” Black and Veach is of specific concern, as it was named as a contractor in a 2015 deal between the US government and Ukraine.

According to documents disclosed by Kirillov a nearly US$32-million program was focused on “organising work of the laboratories, built and modernised with the help of the donor [the US government],” as well as “monitoring infectious diseases” as well as conducting work to “react rapidly” to outbreaks. The program also listed the “safe collection, processing, temporary storage and transportation of clinical samples” as its goals. Kirillov went onto to state that the Ukrainian bio laboratories network had been funded by other US agencies also, describing the scale of the biolabs program as “impressive”.

“Apart from the military, the US Agency for International Development, the George Soros Foundation, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are directly involved in its implementation. Scientific supervision is carried out by leading research organizations, including the Los Alamos National Laboratory, which develops nuclear weapons,” said Kirillov.

After it’s invasion of Ukraine, Moscow raised the alarm about questionable US backed pharmaceutical and biological research taking place in secretive laboratories that were scatted across the country. After seven years of Ukraine failing to implement the terms of the Minsk agreements, Moscow was left with no alternative but to invade its neighbouring country. The invasion was also accelerated by Russia’s recognition of Donbass republics in Donetsk and Lugansk. Russia is now demanding that Ukraine declare itself neutral and that it will never join the US-led NATO military bloc. Kiev is still adamant that the Russian offensive was completely unprovoked and has denied claims it was planning to retake the two republics by force.

Now back to Soros expanding on his involvement directly in Ukraine, he launched an organisation through the Open Society Foundations know as the International Renaissance Foundation in Kiev in 1990.

At the time Ukraine was still a member of the Soviet Union, however Soros took it upon himself to assist the former Communist states of Central

and Eastern Europe. The International Renaissance Foundations website: https://www.irf.ua/en/

One particular part of the home page seems to indicate his larger image of Ukraine joining the “European program” which is highly likely to mean NATO. It should also be noted that back on February 14th there was a news article posted to this site warning of Russia’s military build up on the Ukrainian border, almost forecasting the invasion that followed. On top of this, in 2015 Soros urged the West to give Ukraine US$50 billion to defend against an increasingly aggressive Russia, although it took a few more years for Russia to invade Ukraine. It would seem to anyone on the outside that Soros had something he was trying to defend or hide in Ukraine, and the recent revelations of biolabs and his funding may have been precisely that.
